The role:

  • Chase payments via email, letter and telephone
  • Communicate professionally with clients to secure outstanding payments
  • Check statements for accuracy
  • Maintain the internal systems with communications
  • Respond to all incoming queries, both externally and internally
  • Maintain and monitor the system to ensure all instalment payments are received on time and chase defaulters if necessary
  • Assist in the completion of the monthly Aged Debt Reports
  • Set credit limits
  • Produce letters before actions for unpaid invoices where required
  • Prepare court claim forms where required
