The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Proactively completing PPM across a wide range of production machinery
- Rapid response to breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis and repairs
- Troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Carrying out general building and facility repairs as needed
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Ensuring work is completed to high safety standards and following all regulations
This role offers real variety — no two days will be the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing things properly.
What we’re looking for:
- A recognised apprenticeship (electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical)
- Minimum Level 3 qualification (C&G, NVQ, BTEC or ONC)
- Strong electrical competence including - 18th Edition
- Confident fault finding ability across electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Well organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure
