We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to join a growing, people-focused organisation in the travel insurance sector. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into insight, improving marketing performance, and helping shape smarter decision-making. You must have data analyst and marketing employment experience to be considered for this opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse performance across brand and acquisition channels to improve efficiency, ROI and long-term effectiveness.
  • Support A/B testing and promotional activity, designing measurement frameworks and evaluating results.
  • Enhance attribution, funnel measurement and reporting across the marketing mix.
  • Use marketing mix modelling, performance data and test results to support planning and budget decisions.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, profiling and lifetime value analysis.
  • Deliver clear, repeatable reporting and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Carry out competitor research to strengthen market positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: pricing, underwriting and product.
  • Support forecasting and ad-hoc analytical problem-solving.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in marketing, digital or commercial analytics (B2C preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel; SQL or R/Python desirable.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and comfort working in a fast-growing environment.
  • Bonus: experience with data warehouses (e.g., Databricks), visualisation tools, marketing attribution, and marketing mix modelling.
