An exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative marketer to join a growing, agile team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll support the delivery of integrated campaigns, help shape brand presence, and create engaging content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social)
  • Manage social media (primarily LinkedIn) and deliver engaging content plans
  • Write copy, good communications, apply to craft marketing materials
  • Build and execute campaigns using CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Produce high-quality copy, communications and marketing assets
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and materials
  • Support website content updates and SEO initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams to align marketing with business objectives

About You

  • 2–3+ years’ B2B marketing experience (within financial services)
  • Experience delivering integrated digital campaigns
  • Familiar with CRM/automation platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Skilled in tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
