Are you an experienced technical leader ready to shape, inspire and develop a high performing team? We’re looking for a Technical Team Manager to lead a busy, skilled department and drive excellence across all areas of technical service delivery.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary technical function, ensuring the highest standards of service, accuracy and professionalism. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, champion best practice, and play a key part in continuously enhancing processes, systems and technical capabilities across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a technical services team, ensuring alignment, collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee day to day operations, setting clear standards and ensuring work is completed to exceptional quality.

- Drive continuous improvement, reviewing processes and implementing best practice across the department.
