We are supporting a well-established organisation in Ipswich with the appointment of a Temporary HR Advisor to provide hands-on HR support during a period of cover. This is a great opportunity for a CIPD Level 3 qualified HR professional who enjoys a varied, operational role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees across the business
- Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances (with guidance where required)
- Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, letters, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Support recruitment activity, including coordinating interviews and offer documentation
- Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and general HR administration
- Act as a reliable point of contact for HR queries, escalating where appropriate
About You:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential)
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Administrator role
- Confident supporting managers with day-to-day HR matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Must be able to drive due to the location of the site
