Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact in a growing organisation? We are seeking an accomplished HR Manager to join a team and drive key HR initiatives while ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees. This role is initially onsite 5 days a week with travel to other offices on a rotational basis. Flexible working to 3 days in the office will be possible after the probationary period.

About the Role

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with the organisation's strategic objectives, ensuring that workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development strategies are seamlessly integrated into the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR practices with business goals, support the Group's Five-Year Plan, and provide strategic insights to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop recruitment strategies, streamline hiring processes, and ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.
  • Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and establish pathways for leadership development.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training initiatives that enhance employee skills and drive productivity.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain positive workplace relations, addressing grievances, and fostering engagement through collaboration with culture committees.
  • Policy and Compliance Management: Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and consistent application across the organisation.
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee payroll, holiday requests, pensions, and GDPR compliance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Performance Management: Lead the implementation of performance reviews, coaching managers and employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics to inform decisions, enhance employee experiences, and drive retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering HR excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified: A professional certification that underpins your HR expertise.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Proven ability to coach and develop managers to foster strong leadership and high performance.
