Temporary Ongoing – Up to £40,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 9:00am‐5:00pm / 8:30am‐4:30pm

We are supporting a well-established organisation in Ipswich with the appointment of a Temporary HR Advisor to provide hands‐on HR support during a period of cover. This is a great opportunity for a CIPD Level 3 qualified HR professional who enjoys a varied, operational role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‐to‐day HR advisory support to managers and employees across the business
  • Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries and grievances (with guidance where required)
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, letters and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Support recruitment activity, including coordinating interviews and offer documentation
  • Assist with HR reporting, data entry and general HR administration
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for HR queries, escalating where appropriate
About You
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential)
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Administrator role
  • Confident supporting managers with day‐to‐day HR matters
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, office‐based environment
  • Must be able to drive due to the location of the site
