We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead a marketing team. This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will manage digital and offline channels, oversee budgets, and collaborate with sales and external partners to optimise marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
2. Manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, content, PR, social media)
3. Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve performance targets
4. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to enhance customer experience
5. Analyse marketing performance and optimise spend efficiency

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in B2C marketing (luxury brand experience is a plus)
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
3. Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and event-driven marketing
4. Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to brand promotion
5. Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, and content creation platforms
