Due to continued investment and growth, they are seeking a Site Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing operations at one of their strategically important UK sites.
This is a rare opportunity to join an Upper Tier COMAH facility, where operational excellence, safety leadership, continuous improvement, and people development sit at the heart of everything they do.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, and Commercial teams.
- Lead operational change programmes, capacity improvements, and site investment projects.
- Manage budgets and resources to maximise operational effectiveness and profitability.

- Proven success leading large manufacturing teams in a complex production setting.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement principles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
