Overview
Senior Administrator (Temp) β Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£35,000; Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (full-time); Location: North of Cambridge City (park and ride, no on-site parking); Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 WFH; Duration: 4 months temp.
Responsibilities
- Global Outreach Administration β Act as the first point of contact for Global Outreach enquiries, providing timely, professional and welcoming responses to international partners.
- Global Outreach Administration β Organise short introductory visits to Cambridge, coordinating diaries, meetings and logistics, and ensuring visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
- Global Outreach Administration β Plan and deliver longer paid programmes (half-day to multi-day), managing logistics end-to-end including venues, accommodation, catering, speakers, communications and invoicing.
- Travel Coordination β Coordinate international travel for colleagues representing the organisation overseas, working closely with PAs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and well-planned itineraries.
- Programme & Project Support β Provide key administrative and logistical support across Global Outreach projects and programmes.
- Programme & Project Support β Support delivery of a major strategic international initiative, assisting with event logistics and programme administration as required.

- Proven experience planning international travel and building clear, efficient itineraries.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm, flexible and solutions-focused, especially when plans change at short notice.
