We are recruiting an FP&A Manager for our client, a growing business based in Peterborough.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, sales and global distribution.
- Produce executive and board-level reporting, build models and scenario analysis, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance and profitable growth.
- Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Significant FP&A experience.
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills.
- Board-level reporting exposure.
- Confidence with ERP/BI tools.
- Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment is ideal.
