We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a growing organisation as a HR Business Partner. This is a broad generalist role responsible for delivering operational HR support, managing employee relations matters, and partnering with managers to drive effective people practices across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance, and helping to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

  • Employee Relations & HR Support
    • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes.
    • Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice.
    • Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR decision-making across the business.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.
    • Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
    • Support performance management processes and development planning.
  • HR Data & Reporting
    • Produce and analyse HR metrics including recruitment activity and costs.
    • Use people data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
    • Review and improve HR processes, systems, and procedures.
    • Contribute to HR projects and wider business improvement initiatives.
    • Drive best practice and help develop high-performing teams.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role.

Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently.

Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.
