Your Role:
- Drive sales growth by nurturing existing clients and securing new business opportunities across Europe.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Regular travel across Europe, including overnight stays.
- Manage CRM data, prepare sales forecasts, and contribute to business development initiatives.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales within manufacturing, selling to and visiting customers in Europe.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while building and maintaining client relationships.
- A second European language would be a plus but not essential (German, French, Spanish, or Italian).
- Clean UK driving license & ability to travel regularly throughout Europe.
