We are looking for an experienced MIG welder to join an automotive manufacturing company based near Halstead! You will be working on large automotive parts to fabricate them ready to be assembled. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well established company who offer great training and progression opportunities.
Key Details:
- Pay up to £17ph depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- 21 days holiday + BH
- 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday
- Birthday off and other benefits!
Key Duties:
- MIG welding between 6-20mm
- General fabrication using hand and power tools
- Operating fabrication machinery
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
Experience needed:
- Experience working within MIG welding and fabrication
- Ideally experience working within an automotive background
- Confident working with equipment and drawings
- Able to drive – due to the location of the site
