We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Payroll Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and modernising payroll operations across a complex, multi-country environment. This is not a traditional payroll operations role. Instead, you will act as a subject matter expert and change leader, driving process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives within the payroll function. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and future-ready payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
