We are looking for a customer orientated candidate who is able to work well under pressure to join a friendly travel company, based near Witham. Your role as a tour coordinator will be to organise and plan tours, to meet the needs of clients' individual requests. - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, rises with service

Main Duties:
- Building relationships with customers and overseeing bookings
- Providing advice to customers, from itineraries, to travel and accommodation
- Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring tours are kept within set budgets
- Ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the very highest level of satisfaction
Skills needed:
- Proven experience delivering great customer service
- Ability to resolve problems, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to use Microsoft packages and computer systems
- A team player but also able to work alone when needed
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Confidence to speak to customers via phone and email
- Calm and constructive approach to challenges
