Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting outstanding payments in line with agreed terms
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve account queries
- Support management of the accounts inbox
- Process refunds, off-hire requests, and customer documentation
- Send invoice copies and customer correspondence
- Assist with new customer and supplier forms
- Carry out general finance administration duties
- Use systems including Sage 200, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
