We are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to lead a high-impact project to optimise our client's warehouse and transport operations. The project is anticipated to last up to 6 months and will be outside the scope of IR35.
Scope of Work
- Review and optimise order layoffs & demand flow
- Picking cycles, labour planning & warehouse throughput
- Routing and utilisation of our own fleet
- End-to-end efficiency across labour, space, delivery cycles & assets
What you’ll do
- Analyse current processes and identify optimisation opportunities
- Build recommendations to improve productivity, accuracy and fleet utilisation
- Work closely with the warehouse, planning and transport teams
- Deliver clear insights, models and actions that drive measurable improvement
About you
- Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or operational optimisation
- Skilled in data analysis, workflow design, and continuous improvement
