We re supporting a leading food production business in their search for an Engineering Lead to join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with leadership experience to take ownership of maintenance operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop a proactive engineering culture. You ll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, maximising uptime, and supporting operational performance across the site.
