We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a Temporary Project Assistant to join their Supply Chain team for a project-focused assignment. This role will support a key compliance and data management project, ensuring supplier information is accurately maintained and regulatory requirements are met for international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and validate supplier data, including country of origin and material content information
- Maintain accurate records
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to gather required compliance information
- Support the development of reporting tools and system-based compliance reports
- Ensure tariff and origin data is correctly recorded
- Assist with compliance audits and respond to information requests
- Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working with Excel and business systems/ERP software
- Previous experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a compliance-focused administration role would be advantageous
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage information effectively
This is a full time, temporary position expected to last until around March 2027.
