Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts and group reporting
- Assist with external reporting requirements, including annual report disclosures
- Contribute to emerging reporting areas such as sustainability and climate-related disclosures
- Review acquisition-related financial information and completion accounts
- Research and apply technical accounting standards to ensure compliance (IFRS)
- Take ownership of key balance sheet areas, including reconciliations and analysis
- Assist with technical accounting areas such as share-based payments and lease accounting
- Contribute to month-end and weekly reporting cycles
- Provide ad-hoc support across the wider finance function
About You
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)
- Trained in practice (audit experience highly advantageous)
- Strong grounding in IFRS and financial reporting
- Keen to develop technical expertise in a commercial environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams
- Intermediate Excel skills
