Accounts Assistant Diss Flexible, hybrid working A successful, people‑focused business looking for an Accounts Assistant who enjoys variety, learning and working closely with clients. The role involves the preparation of accurate, timely financial information while developing your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role: Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies under senior guidance Assisting with bookkeeping: processing transactions, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records Preparing VAT returns and supporting clients with digital record‑keeping Helping with management accounts and wider financial reporting Communicating with clients to gather information, answer queries and build strong working relationships Ensuring working papers and files meet internal quality standards Using cloud‑based accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and CCH Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth day‑to‑day office operationsExperience & Skills Studying towards AAT Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach Confident using cloud accounting software and Excel A natural communicator who enjoys working with people Proactive, reliable and able to manage your workload effectively To apply, please submit your CV or contact Caroline Meeson at Pure
