I am delighted to be working with The Papworth Trust, a charity committed to driving social change and championing disability awareness. They are seeking a Director of Finance to join their Executive Team based in Cambridgeshire. The Role

  • Lead the Finance function and deliver long-term financial strategies.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to the Chief Executive, Board, and senior leaders.

About You

  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with substantial experience in strategic finance leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a complex, changing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Charity or housing sector experience is desirable.
