Key Responsibilities
- Lead the immediate transition and consolidation of legacy ERP environments into a single IFS Cloud platform.
- Own the long-term strategic direction, governance, and continuous roadmap evolution to maximise future system value.
- Define and maintain the future‑state enterprise architecture, ensuring all core business applications and systems align with long‑term business strategy.
- Oversee integration architecture, data flows, and system connectivity to ensure a clean, simplified application landscape during and after the migration.
- Drive improvements in reporting, data visibility, and analytics by standardising master data structures across the newly unified environment.
- Ensure systems remain secure, stable, compliant, and aligned to business needs throughout the transition period.
- Lead the internal business systems team and coordinate delivery across external technical partners, software vendors, and system integrators.
- Act as the strategic advisor and go-to expert for complex ERP, enterprise architecture, and application challenges.
Experience
- Strong background working with ERP platforms, including specific expertise in IFS implementations or IFS Cloud environments.
- Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP consolidation or transformation projects, ideally migrating from multiple legacy systems to a single platform.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application mapping, and landscape simplification.
- Extensive experience operating across integrated systems, with strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and complex data migration strategies.
