We are seeking a commercially minded and ambitious Finance Manager to join a growing organisation during an exciting phase of development. This is a pivotal role within the finance team, offering genuine progression and a clear pathway towards a future Head of Finance / Finance Director position. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the management accounts process, deliver insightful financial reporting, and partner with stakeholders across the business to support growth and performance. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Own the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets and cash flow analysis. Maintain robust financial controls, reconciliations and compliance processes. Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements. Provide commercial analysis and insights to support business decision-making. Partner with operational teams to improve performance and drive profitability. Develop meaningful KPI reporting and management information. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and system enhancements. Support finance transformation initiatives and leverage technology to improve efficiency. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing finance function.About You Essential Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experience producing and owning monthly management accounts. Strong technical accounting and financial controls knowledge. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel and financial systems experience. Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail. Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business.Desirable Experience within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation or process improvement projects. Knowledge of Power BI, automation tools or data analytics platforms.
