An expanding engineering company in Chelmsford is looking to add an organised and proactive Reports Administrator to its team. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand on their administration experience in a new environment. You’ll work closely within the Operations team to provide administrative support and data entry. Key Details: Working hours 07:30-16:00 Monday-Friday Salary circa £26,000 depending on experience 28 days holiday + 4 days paid shutdown at Christmas Private Healthcare Long service awards and other company socialsKey Responsibilities: Support the operations team with checking and prepping reports Monitoring and correlating reports Ensure works are logged correctly and any clarifications/amendments are made Help with enquiries via phone and email when needed Accurate data entry of reports onto the systems Producing final reports accurately Assist in other admin duties where requiredAbout You: Strong communication and organisational skills Confident following processes and working accurately Strong data entry skills Keen to learn Previous experience in an administrative roleIf you’re looking for a role where you can learn new skills within an operational team then please get in touch
