We are seeking an Executive Governance Officer to provide comprehensive support to a COO of a very well established organisation in Chelmsford. In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary advisor on governance matters, ensuring that strategic priorities are met through expert committee management and robust compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
