We are partnering with a highly respected organisation at the centre of Cambridge's thriving innovation community to recruit a Part-Time Executive Assistant & Office Manager. This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to support senior leadership while playing a key role in the smooth running of a dynamic and collaborative office environment. Ideal for a proactive, highly organised professional who enjoys variety and thrives on keeping operations running seamlessly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders, including complex diary and meeting management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, stakeholder communications and executive administration
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, facilities and administrative processes
  • Supporting onboarding, finance administration and operational projects
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events and visiting delegations

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM systems knowledge
  • A professional, proactive and adaptable approach
