I’m currently partnering with a fantastic organisation known for its collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture, who are looking for an HR Business Partner (Temp Assignment) to support key transformation activity.

Hybrid role Temporary assignment (3 months) Cambridge

Main key responsibilities:

  • Supporting organisational change and workforce redeployment
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and HR teams
  • Providing expert advice on ER, change management, and operational HR
  • Working within a fast-paced, evolving environment

Essential:

  • Strong HRBP/HR Advisory experience
  • Confident supporting consultation and change processes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience within complex or large organisations is highly desirable
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
