My client is seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator. It is a varied position combining payroll administration and HR support within a small, friendly team. You’ll help ensure smooth people operations while contributing to wider HR initiatives.
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days on site / 2 days working from home
Reporting to: HR Director
Key Duties:
- Payroll data input and administration
- General HR admin across the employee life cycle
- Maintaining HRIS (ISS)
- Supporting HR projects (well-being, social committee, EDI)
- First point of contact for HR/payroll queries
About You:
- Payroll experience essential
- Previous HR admin experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, positive and flexible
- CIPD not required
- Suited to someone seeking a stable role
