My client is seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator. It is a varied position combining payroll administration and HR support within a small, friendly team. You’ll help ensure smooth people operations while contributing to wider HR initiatives.

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days on site / 2 days working from home

Reporting to: HR Director

Key Duties:

  • Payroll data input and administration
  • General HR admin across the employee life cycle
  • Maintaining HRIS (ISS)
  • Supporting HR projects (well-being, social committee, EDI)
  • First point of contact for HR/payroll queries

About You:

  • Payroll experience essential
  • Previous HR admin experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, positive and flexible
  • CIPD not required
  • Suited to someone seeking a stable role
