Pure are currently recruiting for

Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for a Cambridge based business.

As part of this role, you will act as a commercial and dynamic leader of the group-wide FP&A and Commercial Finance functions.

You will be responsible for delivery of all required outputs in respect of long-range forecasts, financial planning, modelling and analytics (planned and reactive), corporate transactions, and pre- and post-implementation reviews of key business initiatives, through building and nurturing a high performing team.

You will be responsible for identifying and providing value-adding insight to drive higher performance across all aspects of the business.

You will represent a key partner to the Executive team in driving the business plan and in providing a data driven advisory service for both strategic and tactical decision making.

Additionally, you will have a key role in project management of relevant business improvement initiative and management of FP&A and Commercial Finance team globally.

This role is hybrid and we are looking for a qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivlent who can demonstrate strong FP&A experience and showing you can be across the detail of the role.
