We are seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Director to provide strategic leadership across complex personal tax planning and compliance. This is a senior role with responsibility for significant client relationships, business development, and the leadership and development of a high‑performing private client tax team.
You will be a trusted adviser to high‑net‑worth individuals and family groups, delivering exceptional client service while driving growth, innovation and operational excellence across the service line.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Leadership
- Lead and develop long‑term relationships with key private clients, acting as principal adviser on complex tax matters.
- Anticipate client needs by understanding legislative, commercial and market trends.
- Deliver consistently high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead cross‑service line collaboration to deliver joined‑up solutions.
- Manage client issues and complaints professionally and proactively.
- Technical Excellence
- Take the lead on complex private client tax compliance and advisory assignments.
- Take ultimate responsibility for technical approach, risk assessment, fee setting and delivery.
