An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Business Associate to join an international organisation based near Brentwood. This position is ideal for a school/college leaver or recent graduate looking to gain valuable business experience and build a long term career.
The successful candidate will receive full training and mentoring while developing skills across customer service, administration, reporting, commercial operations and marketing support.
Key Details:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00
- Friday 08:30-16:00
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays

- 1 day working from home after probation
What You'll Be Doing:
- Compiling sales and marketing reports
- Learning about credit and risk assessments
- Supporting the marketing team with day to day activities
- Assisting with quotations, proposals and customer documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer records and business reports
- Helping with contract administration and renewals
- Supporting inventory and equipment availability reporting
- Working with teams across the business on projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- A Levels, BTEC or equivalent qualifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
