We are partnering with a fast-growing specialist healthcare business with current revenues of approximately £24 million and ambitious plans to grow to £100 million within the next three years. Operating across multiple locations, they are expanding their footprint and entering new geographic areas as part of an exciting growth journey.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded Part Qualified Management Accountant, reporting into the Financial Controller, providing management reporting, financial control, KPI reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis. This is a hybrid position providing 4 days working from home, 1 office based day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist with the production of weekly KPI and trading reports
- Perform revenue recognition activities and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and enhance management information and conversion reporting
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls alongside operational teams
- Support systems development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to support business decision-making
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business. You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified, with strong management accounting experience, excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities. Confident building relationships across the business, you will be able to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
