Business Development Manager (Part-Time, On-Site) Location: On-Site Hours: 3-4 Days per Week An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established private healthcare organisation. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in private healthcare management, membership services, and preventative health programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust business growth strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving the commercial performance of the organisation's healthcare and wellbeing offerings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a clear business development and growth plan. Analyse sales performance, financial metrics, and operational costs to support strategic decision-making. Drive membership growth and retention initiatives. Oversee and grow healthcare and longevity-focused services and programmes. Identify new partnerships, service opportunities, and revenue streams. Work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives.Requirements: Proven experience in a Business Development, Commercial, or Healthcare Management role. Strong background within the private healthcare sector. Experience managing membership-based services and wellbeing/longevity programmes. Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful business plans.
