Working within a fast-paced innovative, precision engineering environment, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and running 4-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components for the Automotive/Aerospace/Defence/Motorsport Industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing precision parts and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Set, operate, moniter 4-axis CNC milling machines. Manufacture precision automotive components to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform machine set-ups, tool changes, and offset adjustments. Produce first-off inspections and ensure components meet quality standards. Conduct in-process quality checks using measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and CMM reports where required. Optimise machine performance and cycle times. Troubleshoot machining issues and identify process improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
