We're looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant business and technology change.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to make their mark, take ownership of meaningful projects and gain exposure to a broad range of business systems, process improvement and technology transformation initiatives within a dynamic and evolving environment.
This is a predominately remote role, with monthly travel to the Norfolk offices 1-2 days per month.
This is a permanent position, although a fixed-term contract could be considered if preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, handover and benefits realisation.
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain project plans, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Establish and manage project governance, reporting and communication plans.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
- Coordinate activities across business teams, technology functions, finance and third-party suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Ensure projects deliver agreed objectives, outcomes and business benefits.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and ways of working.
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects, including systems implementations, technology transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience delivering projects involving ERP, CRM, finance or other enterprise business systems, with exposure to implementation, integration, upgrade or migration projects highly desirable.
- Strong project delivery experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning, governance, RAID management, implementation and benefits realisation.
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, third-party suppliers and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- A proactive, hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to adapt quickly, navigate changing priorities and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar ERP platforms.
- PRINCE2, Agile PM, APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualifications.
- Experience working within a matrix or multi-site organisation.
