We are looking for a Part time HR Administrator to join our charitable client working 2 days a week.

This role supports the smooth day-to-day running of HR processes and provides essential administrative support to the executive team, staff, and volunteers. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring HR systems, records, and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently, while delivering a high standard of service to colleagues.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with an interest in developing their experience within an HR role.

The role is hybrid, based at their offices 1 day a week. Flexible working arrangements are available where they meet business requirements.
This is a part-time position, which can be worked over 2, 3 or 4 days and may suit those with school-time commitments or similar responsibilities. The role does require occasional evening and weekend working, for which time off in lieu will be provided.

The person we are looking for:

  • Previous HR experience, ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified
  • Organised and highly detail-oriented
  • Proactive and able to manage a varied workload
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • A strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with staff and volunteers
  • Interested in developing your HR knowledge and experience
  • Committed to providing excellent administrative support and customer service
