Salary: Β£29,000 - Β£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Fixed Term until December 2026
Our Norwich-based client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to join their team on a fixed-term basis through to Christmas. About the Role
This is a hands-on HR role where you'll provide practical support and advice across a range of employee relations and HR activities. You'll be working closely with managers, helping them navigate people matters while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee absence cases and supporting managers through the process
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers
- Supporting with employee relations casework, including investigations and disciplinary matters
- Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
- Assisting with HR administration and reporting
- Working across a variety of HR projects and initiatives as required
About You
- Previous experience working in a HR support, advisory or business partnering role
- Confident advising managers on people-related matters
- Has experience dealing with absence management and employee relations casework
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Takes a proactive approach and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done
- Is resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in an environment where processes and systems may not always be straightforward
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
