An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development & Marketing Executive to join a highly regarded professional services firm in Norwich. This is a full time maternity cover fixed term contract position with an immediate start possible.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of business development, marketing, events and client engagement activities. This is a varied position offering exposure to both strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives within a collaborative and professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting business development plans and initiatives across multiple teams
- Organising and attending events, seminars, webinars and networking activities
- Producing presentations, delegate packs and marketing materials
- Assisting with proposals, tenders, credentials and client pitches
- Maintaining CRM records and key contact information
- Coordinating legal directory submissions and PR opportunities
- Managing social media promotion and content distribution
- Assisting with internal and external communications
- Taking meeting notes and following up on agreed actions
- Supporting a variety of ad hoc business development and marketing projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Business Development, Marketing or Events role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience producing professional presentations and marketing materials
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to attend events outside of normal working hours when required
