We are looking for a proactive Temporary HR Administrator / PA to join a well known brand based in Central London. This is a busy and varied role supporting both HR activities and the CEO with general support where needed.

You'll be joining a friendly, modern workplace with an upbeat culture, to support until around Christmas time. If you have had experience as a PA or Office Manager and have had HR experience within these positions then this could be a great short term opportunity for you.

Additional Information

  • Β£17-Β£20ph paid weekly
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Core hours are 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility available
  • Minimum 3 days per week in the office
  • Temporary position until December (expected)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing full employee lifecycle administration
  • Creating and updating HR documents and templates
  • Organising and maintaining HR records and filing systems
  • Supporting onboarding and general HR administration
  • Providing day to day PA support to the CEO
  • Assisting with a variety of ad hoc office management tasks
  • Supporting with building H&S requirements

Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a HR/PA or Office Management role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using systems including Slack and Google Workspace
  • Professional and adaptable approach
