Head of Operations Middlesex | Hybrid Working The Opportunity Our client is an established and financially strong business seeking a commercially minded Head of Operations to lead service delivery, drive operational improvement and support future growth.

Working across field-based technical teams and office-based support functions, you'll bring greater consistency, accountability and efficiency while playing a key role in the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities Lead operational performance across service delivery, scheduling and administration.
