Working with a hugely successful and progressive business, this role will work alongside a great team of people.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will involve the following tasks:

  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare and deliver accurate weekly cash flow models
  • Financial Statements: Collaborate with the Management Accountant to produce monthly financial statements, including generating reports and completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare journals including prepayments, accruals, fixed asset depreciation, and foreign exchange revaluations, ensuring accuracy and minimising reconciliation discrepancies
  • Audit Preparation: Ensure audit readiness by maintaining detailed supporting documentation for all postings, contributing to a successful year-end audit
  • Produce weekly revenue reports
  • Assist with VAT processes
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Cost Analysis

About You:

  • Previous experience in an accounting/finance support role (part-qualified or studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
