We are looking for an experienced generalist HR Manager to join a growing SME based near Epping. The position will consist of a range of duties and will help shape the future of the company as they develop. Operating in a fast paced and varied environment, this role is critical in supporting operational managers and ensuring that recruitment, HR and employee relations processes are efficient, and in line with safety guidelines. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening culture, and supporting the organisation through continued growth and change.
