Immediate start available for an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations. This is an interim role for a period of circa 6 months to support the HR Director and HR team with a high volume of ER case work. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters. Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
