Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead a high-performing team and shape the future of HR service delivery?

Our client is seeking to appoint an HR Administration Team Leader to oversee a busy HR Admin function, leading a team of 8 and ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and customer-focused HR services across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Lead, coach and develop the HR Administration team.
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, absence management, leavers and compliance.
  • Act as the escalation point for HR administration queries and provide expert guidance.
  • Drive service excellence through KPI and SLA management
  • Improve processes, enhance employee experience and support HR system developments.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, Right to Work and company policies.

About You

  • Proven experience within HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
  • Previous leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification desirable.
