HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Β£30,000 - Β£31,000 + Potential Permanent Opportunity
Based in north Cambridgeshire
Pure are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the recruitment of a Temporary HR & Recruitment Coordinator. This role has arisen due to a leaver within the HR team and offers an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive people function, with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.
Working closely with the HR team, you'll provide a mix of HR administration, recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle support, helping to ensure a seamless experience for managers and employees alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment activity, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring new starters have everything they need from day one
- Managing HR administration, including promotion processes and approvals
- Conducting right-to-work checks and maintaining employee records
- Supporting the HR Services inbox and responding to employee queries
- Assisting with payroll administration before submission to an external payroll provider
- Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team
About you:
- Previous experience in HR administration and recruitment coordination
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative
- Experience of using an HRIS is essential.
- Payroll administration experience would be advantageous
