Join our client’s dynamic team as an Administrator and play a vital role in streamlining their research funding operations during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to contribute to impactful research projects that aim to make a real difference in the fight against dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy within the grant management system, including reviewing, validating, and updating records.
- Support data cleansing initiatives by identifying and resolving duplicates, incomplete or inconsistent entries related to researchers, organisations, and grants.
- Ensure timely and precise data entry and digital record management following established procedures.
- Assist in improving data quality standards and methodologies, supporting ongoing data improvement projects.
- Handle sensitive personal and organisational information in strict compliance with data protection policies.
- Provide administrative support to the research funding team, including activities related to grant applications, reviews, and awards.
- Respond promptly to internal data queries and assist with general administrative duties as required.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing detailed, sensitive administrative data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Previous involvement in data cleansing projects.
- Knowledge of data protection policies and best practices.
