Our client, an award-winning financial services provider, is seeking an ambitious \”hands on\” Senior Mortgage Broker / Sales Manager to lead their regional team in Oxfordshire. You will also be responsible for developing further their introducer relationships. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker who wants to continue advising HNW clients while also taking on leadership responsibilities within a successful, entrepreneurial, and non-corporate environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
